- Who is behind Findable?
- Findable is run by Websirus, a small web and AI studio based in Blackpool. You deal with a real person, by phone or face to face.
- Do people really use ChatGPT to find local businesses?
- More every month — and Google now puts its own AI answer above the normal results. AI names only a handful of businesses per question, so the ones it skips miss out.
- My web developer looks after my site. Do I still need this?
- Most of what decides an AI recommendation isn't on your website: reviews, your Google Business Profile, Bing, Apple Maps and directory listings. We can also send your developer the exact website changes.
- Can you guarantee AI will recommend me?
- No — and be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls what AI says. We fix what's stopping you, then track how often you're named so you can see the change.
- How do I pay?
